Felicia Oluwayimika Fatoki is a versatile legal practitioner with a strong interest in dispute resolution, commercial law, arbitration, and emerging areas of legal practice. She approaches legal practice with a focus on rigorous research, strategic analysis, and practical, commercially responsive solutions.

Her experience spans across litigation, election-related disputes, and alternative dispute resolution, with additional interests in intellectual property, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Oluwayimika holds an LL.B. from the University of Ibadan and completed her legal education at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus. She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association including its Sections on Business Law and Legal Practice, and also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) (ACIArb).
